Because I love spoilers,
because I am that person who Googles the plot as I am watching the show

because I want to know,
because it is comforting to know how it plays out, even if it is not what I want it to be.

Because it has already happened--even though it is happening for you right now.
Because you should prepare yourself for disappointments, or maybe the apocalypse.

I am that for you right now:  You cannot change anything.
Because I control this universe for you.

It’s true, there is nothing more to see after page 29. I have now swallowed the Void.
Because you can be the Void.

Because I can be evil and a hero,
because magic does not exist-- or it does,

because this is the last part,
because you will not remember this anyway,

because there might not be any more seasons,
because maybe the dead will rise, or

because there will be no more,
because you will be no more,

because I will not know when you are canceled,
because this will always exist,

because I may forget I have watched,
because these stories will merge with other shows I do not know I will watch,

because you will watch parts I have never watched,
because you might not defeat the Eldrich Terrors in your episodes,

because you should know how it all ends.
